The Film Literature Index annually indexes 150 film and television periodicals from 30 countries, and 200 other periodicals selectively, for articles related to film and television. The periodicals range from the scholarly to the popular. More than 2,000 subject headings provide detailed analysis of each article. This version of the database covers the years 1976-2001. FLI provides citations only (no full text), but it is a very valuable resource for film research.

Academic Search Complete is a broad database containing full text for a wide array of subjects. This scholarly collection offers information in nearly every area of academic study including: language and linguistics, arts & literature, ethnic studies, and many more.

Duke University Press publishes and distributes more than thirty periodicals that span a stimulating range of disciplines within the humanities and sciences--from East Asian cultural studies to French history, from lesbian and gay studies to mathematics and the history of economic thought, from feminism, culture and media studies to medieval and early modern studies.

The Modern Language Association (MLA) International Bibliography provides access to journal articles, books, and dissertations from 1926 to the present in academic disciplines such as language, literature, folklore, linguistics, literary theory and criticism, and the dramatic arts. Many of the citations have abstracts, and the database provides links to full-text when available. Users can search by title, subject, author, as well as journal title, and can link to similiar results using related subject lists.

Readers' Guide Retrospective is a database containing comprehensive indexing of the most popular general-interest periodicals published in the United States and reflects the history of 20th century America.
